After 4 months and 8 different roofing companies, George at Modern Roofing got the winning contract. He stayed in contact with me after his initial visit in April, and went above and beyond to fix my roof. George was very patient with me and tried his best to adjust the price to where I was happy and the quality of work was outstanding. My neighbors even gave me a compliment on it. Very happy with the job MR did replacing the roof on my 75 yr old house. They did everything they promised from inspections to final details. Eddie and Chris were responsive and accommodating. Their estimate was fair compared to the other two I got. Theirs included replacing up to 40% of any damaged wood and a fair amount of the fascia. My roof looks great!
