We work using the name of Modern Roofing and we offer professional roofing services. Based upon availability and specifications agreed in the contract, our services are offered.
Service Agreements
A handwritten or typed agreement mentioning the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and terms of payment is provided to the clients before getting started with the work. Before initiating services, the provided agreement should be signed by both parties.
Pricing and Payment Terms
In the service agreement, prices for all the services we offer will be clearly outlined. Payments should follow the terms mentioned in the contract service agreement. You as a client can incur additional fees for making late payments. For any unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust prices, but before proceeding, any changes will be communicated and agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
If you as a client want to cancel the service agreement then you can do it within 7 days after signing the same, provided no work has commenced. After the work has started, if you’re opting for cancellation then you might get charged for materials purchased or services rendered till then.
Warranties and Guarantees
We offer a warranty of a year for all our completed roofing projects and it will cover material and workmanship defects. Damages caused by external factors, like accidents, weather, or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
Liability
For any damages, directly or indirectly, emerging from the use of our services beyond what is specified in the service agreement, Modern Roofing will nowhere be held responsible. After completion of our roofing services, proper maintenance is required and property owners are held accountable for ensuring that.
Permits and Compliance
For roofing work, any approvals or permits required are considered as the obligations of the clients. We must ensure that our services comply with building codes and local regulations.
